J.O. Requirements

Divers will use true D.D. for all J.O. events, there will be no D.D. requirements (11 & under and 12 -13 must choose dives from the dives listed in the U.S Diving Rule Book).

Each diver will compete 3 dives with an assigned D.D. of 2.0 and 1other dive that is not one of the following (101, 201, 301, 401) with an assigned D.D. of 2.5.

The Format:  This format has been modified due to the time of the year.  This format allows almost any level of diver at any stage of training to compete and showcase their skills.  The events are short and everyone will be done early.
